i hear ya! but my worst thing is when i buy all those " impulse " items, and forget the one thing of GREAT importance that i originally came for..

things like milk, and toilet paper...last time i forgot half and half........coffee w/o it is like being lynched by a wild mob

Toilet paper and peanut butter, you never want to run out of those. They are life's necessities.

I guess i feel the need for that kind of " structure "...and then there's the matter of WHAT'S on your lists?...
I Once read that : " your list is what you're about "..............
A good self analysis tool at the time.............a snapshot of who you are at the moment...
very " telling "...
