In my oponion I think I'm completely in support of whoever is killing the evil and despicable characters in the book. And this is an idea that must be instilled in the little ones to stay away from evil and get closer to good

I’m so interested in discovering who this vigilante passing passionate judgment on these evil doers is. Supernatural books are always captivating. Probably because of the fact that the concepts are unfamiliar to human beings.

This is a debut novel and a series opener that blends Christian mythology, crime drama, and arcane thriller. It follows two detectives who try to catch a killer who turns out to be an angel named Thumos.

Mysterious and supernatural interventions always have something to offer, attractive. As far as I understand from the review, the author mixed some supernatural elements with crime, murder and murder-solving detective stories. The concept of good and evil, bringing justice for all who deserve it, and doing it by the hands of angels is a well-imagined plot. Good job.

I have never read any fantasy with supernatural elements that is about angels. Most I read are about elves and the likes. I wonder what is causing the killings. I love books with vividw descriptions because that lets you immerse in the storyline.
‘When you do a good deed, people are grateful, and that creates a nice feeling inside you; and then because it feels good, that makes you want to do more good deeds. That repetition is the cycle of goodness.’

The cover is scary. I wonder if that is God the Father holding a crucifix. While it would seem ideal to banish all evil people ASAP, I doubt that God would condone that. Judgment day will come for us all; then we will be punished or rewarded.

"Holy Terror" by John R. Dougherty takes readers to the world of angels. A series of murders occur in the state, and the victims are usually vicious criminals. The perpetrator of these murders is unknown. I like the author's power of description because the descriptions seem very vivid.
