Works for me!...reminds me of my mother's remarks to me and bro when sumpin came out the wrong shape or color...

" just ignore it! you're not eating " shape and color "

" but mom, brown spaghetti sauce ?".............she was always sneaking that VILE wheat germ into everything and then vehemently deny it...

now, i love wheat germ, and flax seed...............i'd never ever sneak it into spaghetti sauce, but it works just fine in meat loaf, soups, casseroles, muffins, etc...

Wheat germ is good. I like it in plain yogurt with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Good in buttermilk, too.

i was raised on it, as were my kidlets................didn't mind it, BUT NOT IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE....UUUGGHH

till this day tho i detest Blackstrap Molasses, and have a new bottle of Cod Liver oil just sitting here....it won't go down ( i'd rather eat a million cod fish then deal w/that )....the peppermint flavor makes it WORSE!...what were they thinking ?

When I was in about the first grade they made us take cod liver oil with a Graham Cracker every day. Barf.

When I was a kid I wouldn't eat spaghetti unless there was strawberries chopped up with the meatballs in the sauce. When I got older I would add texture like celery, but I always go back to strawberries.

I have no idea but I was so strict on needing strawberries in the sauce that my mom always had to make two sets. One for me, and one for the rest of the family.

Also my hangover food is Doritos with milk. I found this out while I was drunk a fee years ago and its still the only thing that helps get rid of my hangovers, aside from tacos.
Gross, but effective.

In my drinking days my hangover food was egg drop soup and baked potato, and plenty of milk...
