Book on PDF

Post by Roger Schafer »

I downloaded a PDF of a book so I could review it for this site. I was trying to do the whole thing on my iPhone 13. Don’t do it!! The print was too small to read comfortably. Zooming in then scrolling back and forth to read every line drove me to distraction. Luckily, I have an iPad, so I uploaded the book to my google drive so I could access it on the iPad. Though not my favorite reading experience, I comfortably read the PDF on the iPad.

If I have to read pdfs, I usually go for WPS office. There is an option to increase the text size without fuzz. I can also use mobilereading mode in my android.

Something similar happened to me last week.
Now I only use my computer, otherwise doesn't work for me.

I had a similar problem with PDF books. I prefer reading them on my laptop rather than on my phone because it's easier on the eyes. However, I still find myself looking at them on my phone at times. Nothing beats the experience of holding a physical book; they're always the best!

:techie-studyingbrown: Have you tried an epub as an alternative? Majority of epub files can be opened directly into the IOS, Books App!

I can't read anything on my phone or iPad, it's uncomfortable because of the light, and even the reading mode is useless.

I always send my pdfs to kindle by an email and easily transfer and read them with no complications.
