I tried opening the file in my computer but sadly it won't so I haven't read any but I keep on receiving emails and only happen to read it after October 20. I am so sorry. It says my computer doesn't support those files. I think I have problem with my computer.

I attempted to utilize the supplied Amazon Gift Certificate code, and the page I saw shown was an error page that read "Sorry, we couldn't find that page." Please advise if there is an alternate method to download the E-book.
