I can read anywhere - Anytime. It takes a lot to tear me away from a fantastic book (usually the only kinds worth reading -right) ..and if I should happen to buy a trilogy or a set - Well you may not see me for days or weeks at a time ..
The only thing I think that beats a great book.. Is travelling, especially to exotic locations, but really any journey to a remote destination invokes in me a sense of adventure and gets the adrenalin going - Much like a fantastic novel .
Then there is 'The Reading Of a Fantastic Novel in an Idealic Location ' But that my friends is the topic for another discussion

I am the same way, people have to call my name a few times before I "snap" out of it.Ja5mne wrote:I'm usually intensely focused on whatever I'm reading so much so that if the book is really good I'll stop hearing any noise around me I'm so absorbed in it! if the book is lagging a little though I can be distracted by the tv or something. So I think it really just depends on the quality if the book
