Which book would you recommend as a Christmas gift this year? I have a tradition of giving books for Christmas, and my family truly appreciates them, including myself, of course!
Is there a book from this year that you particularly enjoyed and would like to gift to someone?

By the Oz. by Henry Summers. It's a modern day road trip with over 50 allusions to the Wizard of Oz, the title is a gimme. You or your friends might enjoy finding and discussing how many allusions you can find. Happy Holidays!

Well, depends on the audience, I suppose. The Last Bear duology by Hannah Gold are two books for kids I got for my 11 year old cousin & she really enjoyed them. For adult readers, it also depends on what genre they like. The Leviathan by Rosie Andrews came out last year & is a really enjoyable historical fiction. For fans of fantasy I highly recommend the Witcher series, especially with talks of a new book coming out. Just remember to start with the short story collections first, & don't ignore the spin-off Season of Storms, it's as good as the main series.
For young adults, the Aristoteles (Aristotle? How do you spell it in English?) & Dante duology by Benjamin Alirez Saenz is great too! And if your person is into horror, & has a sense of humour, how about Camp Damascus by Chuck Tingle that came out earlier this year? Lots of options, lots of choices.

Yes, the first book is called Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe, while the second one is called Aristotle and Dante Dive into the Waters of the World. It's a duology. In my native language it's spelled Aristoteles, so I always get confused on how you're supposed to pronounce it in English

I'm Italian, and in Italian, the name is Aristotele. It only caught my attention when you mentioned that in English, it's Aristotle. I hadn't noticed that before – just one of those things!
