I can't download because my amazon account is locked for the email I use here so I'm waiting to fix it.

Hi,
I understand that the book I had opted to read is no longer Free to read on Kindle. So as advised I am moving to the next free book for December. However, I am unable to update/change the status of this book as unfinished. Please advise how to update this. Thanks!

I didn't try the options above, and no I have never used the kindle app. The message says that all books have been claimed. I'm using a Samsung galaxy S20 fe. The link for download is taking me to an email with subject "all books have been claimed ".

No I didn't use option 2 and 3 . The error message says that this plan doesn't apply for your account and kindly choose another plan but it doesn't have any other offers

Am using an Android phone now my problem is I can't access the book because the Kindle app fails to install on my phone. What should I do? I have tried for the last three days and no progress.
