What are your thoughts on book crafts?
I know some people believe that this is wrong but I personally don't see a problem with it, as long as you're not taking a brand new book and creating something else out of it. If the books are used then I'm okay with it becoming another well loved item for a book lover.
I'm personally not a big fan of paper art though...like taking book pages and making wreaths or something from them. I think a lot of those look tacky.

Can you post a link? Maybe some of us who are not so creative could pick up some ideas for the home ^^ Me for example I started being interested in this a while ago. Now I have an idea for a book lamp, let's see where it leadsConnectiveStardust wrote:I love book art. I have seen some amazing works at art showings.

Part of me hates the idea, especially with old books. How many of those copies are actually still out there? There's an author who gives away leftover books with the caveat that they be used for book art.
I'm seriously having a debate in my own head about this!

Anyone have any thoughts?
What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.
