I am mad about lists. I don't really feel like I have accomplished anything unless I can emphatically cross it off of whatever piece of paper I've gotten my hands on at the moment. I've got shopping lists, to-do lists, wishlists, recipe lists, books to read lists, music to download lists, writing idea lists...etc into infinity. I used to keep a small notebook in my purse for that purpose. If I wanted to make a list, it had to be in that notebook, which helped me keep them all organized. I really need to get back to that.

I always feel a sense of relief after i make my list...it's prolly just " psychological " but it's as if " now things are under control " ( just an illusion, it REALLY never is ), sorta like half the battle won...

well, i say whatever works for us... :) ..if the mere writing of a list allows me to feel ORGANIZED, so be it!

I am constantly making lists for everything.
To-do lists for work
To-do lists at home
A list of movies to watch
A list of books to read
Things to buy
Songs to get
Etc...

it's the " pending " list that drives me nutz............slow goin there, all the miserable stuff you don't like to do...

Yes, indeed. I don't always follow them, but I would be lost at the grocery store without my list.
