Stargate Atlantis and Stargate SG-1 are two of my favorite shows. They will never be bad. I love the stories and the cast.

It depends on my mood. Now I would choose the first option.

My go-to comfort TV show is "This Is Us." It's like a warm blanket on a cold day – comforting and heartfelt. A really good show in my opinion.

Monte Carlo or Under the Tuscan Sun for comfort movies and Friends or Modern Family for comfort shows. I also switch between them depending on my mood but I love the vibes they all bring to the table. No matter how many times I watch them, I never get bored.

Movies always feel like a bit of a commitment to me, so TV shows tend to be my go to, can just pop a episode or two in and stop or continue if I want to.
Tho, I gotta say, watching a commentary tracks alongside a movie (or the few shows that have them), weather a official or fan one has got to be the most comforting to me, it's like having a friend hanging out.

Movies with good food, wine and beautiful landscapes (think Under the Tuscan sun) can be sooo soothing😊 but for a rainy day- or when anxiety hits- definitely a TV show with LOTS of episodes.

Comfort movies are a one-time thing and I prefer watching TV shows that I've watched before or have a strong attachment to. Especially one that's ongoing or I've followed for a very long time. Familiarity is comforting but I'm also open to something within the same genre.

My comfort TV show is Modern Family. It is about this family that always hangs out. They just make lots of jokes and I can fully relax and enjoy the series without stressing about the action. The characters are pretty complex and relatable too.

My comfort TV show is Friends, but I find it takes me much longer now to get through all the seasons. So, I prefer my set of comfort movies as they are easier to do in shorter timelines.

My comfort show is Arrested Development (the comedy is great and lighthearted). For movie, I think Howl's moving castle. I rewatch that movie every couple years and introduce it to everyone I know haha!

I think I'm the opposite actually! TV shows feel more commitment than movies because I am a bingewatcher and if I commit to starting a new show I will be spending the next several hours watching it straight one episode after another! TV shows are more immersive to me so I'll be daydreaming about the next episode/plot until I finish the show. With a movie it will end in two hours or less!
