Billionaire Romances are good as long as you like to indulge yourself in some fairytale romance. Everyone wants to be loved and when that lover is a billionaire promising to buy you every luxury of the world from the most beautiful dresses in the store, to exclusive jewelries, then obviously that love would reach new dimensions. Also, the authors are quick to point out that these billionaires have rare loving hearts and the looks that complete the package. No, wonder the billionaire romances continue to be hot favorites.

I'm quite tired of them too. Now I look for romances between two normal people, not a man who's crazy crazy rich and mysterious who just happens to fall in love with a normal girl.

I'm stuck in a rut. Am I not seeking out different romances from the billionaire's or is that just what is being released and seen? I have to jump to a different genre to shake it. I need something with some meat to it. Maybe a thriller?

I am getting really really tired of them. It lacks originality a LOT. Besides, it almost feels like copy because everybody's been making them since 50 Shades got so much popularity.

I have gone back to reading historicals for the time being. I get tired of reading the same genre. While the one I am reading now is fiction, it is set during the Civil War and tells of two families struggles to survive.

Although I'll officially say that I am over this theme for romances, there are so many out there that I just keep reading them. It's funny that I read so that I can get lost in a good story and get away from real life and now all I want is a good story about regular people with regular incomes

Although admittedly I read and enjoyed 50 Shades, I am so over it! Now if the book even hints at the possibility of being in the genre I skip it quickly. Just a bunch of copy cat authors.

I read a few Billionaire Romances last year. At first I loved them, but then I felt like I was reading the same storyline over and over again, even ones in a series by the same author. So, I gave up on them. I've basically been reading anything but books that involve billionaire romances.

I'm getting really tired of them. I feel like so many of them are the same theme: beautiful girl who thinks she isn't beautiful catches the eye of a ridiculously handsome, rich man who goes to extreme lengths to seduce and spoil her. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a fun fantasy at times, but it gets a bit old after a while.

They do all seem to follow the same rote "Nope, not falling in love", then bam, it happens.

Ironically, one my favorite series of all time, the "In Death" Series by JD Robb, is a billionaire romance at the beginning.

However, it shows some real characterization and is well-written enough to make it worthwhile. I have read a few of the more recent entries in the genre, and well, they suck. They are not believable. And they usually have a love triangle in them, too, which is getting old for me. It seems like a lot of writers are jumping on this particular bandwagon simply because people keep paying for them.

I don't think that I've ever read any, as they just don't appeal to me. Though...if we are counting Jane Eyre, then of course. Also, it is a recurring theme in Austen's books of finding a man who can provide generously for the lady heroine.

I began to grow tired of them because when you realize that most of the women are one night stands that turn into girlfriends for family reasons or because the man keeps giving her gifts, it becomes so shallow it hurts to read.
