The book focuses on three primary areas: words, feelings, and actions. The non-fiction portion is filled with quotations from well-known figures, causing readers to reflect on the book's deeper meaning. The cover may not reflect the book's purpose as a self-help book, but the fables occasionally make the reader laugh and think about their deeper meaning.
The author's message is accurate, as pessimistic views about one's ability to accomplish a goal may diminish success chances. The book may explain why people seem to achieve or be bestowed with amazing things, as it may be due to Effortless Theory. The fables in the book have deeper meanings, and the non-fiction portion is excellent, and the book is rated 5 out of 5 stars.
The book is suitable for anyone who wants something to happen in their life but is unable to commit to it. The author accommodates all religions and beliefs by substituting the word "universe" for their belief. Overall, "Philosophy from the Mud" is a valuable self-help book that can improve a person's outlook on life and help others achieve their goals.
