Review of Rememberance by Jude Deveraux
The beginning of this novel drew me in. It starts off in first person, and endears you to this Hayden Lane. Telling you her story herself and how she might sound crazy. This book is broken into four seperate parts, part two holding the majority. Though id felt that part three and four might have been better to be combined.
Lane travels through time from 1994 to 1571, only to find such tragedy in these lives. An unbreakable bond formed, but betrayal from misunderstanding, words in angery and broken vows. I found this story unpredictable and full of surprises. Jude Deveraux has a great imagination, I was so caught up in the book I felt like I was living it myself.
This is a book I would recommend to everyone. It is heart-breaking, yet full of love and laughter. Don't pass this opportunity up!
