Aaaw how cute!...yup it'll get easier and easier cause of the " built in playmate thing "

I was looking at my albums this week, and the " older " one ( by only 14 mos. ) was playing " mommy " and pushing her sister in their toy baby carriage...i couldn't stop laughing.....and i had such fun shopping for all that "girlie " clothing..my mother said that they looked like " dolls "...

if i could have a wish i'd go back in time to when they were toddlers and their dad was still alive..........you're in the BEST period in your life..............my memories are Priceless, and theirs too....they're grown women now, we always play that : " remember ( " this and that ) game mom?

btw, the older one is still ordering her younger sister around............VERY bossy...

thanks for the " deja-vu " TriciaAnn....

Aw, yeah my toddler loves to play mommy now with her little sister and her own stuffed animals. Yesterday though gave me a real laugh. I had my 6 month old on the floor to roll around and play and my oldest decided to unbutton her pj's and then take her diaper off and put it in the trash, thankfully no mess was made. These really are the best years. :)

Aw, that's funny how that part of sister love will never ever change. :)

It was my pleasure Suzy!

I bet the older one did her " strip tease " to get your attention away from the baby... smart girl!...they used to pull stuff like that when i was on the phone...we used to laugh cause the sec the phone would ring, they were into all kinds of mischief...

the biggest challenge my husband and i had was to keep a straight face in the midst of their " Dennis the Menace " activities...hard to reprimand a child ( from dumping a flour bin , all over the kitchen floor ) when you're laughing hysterically....he was better at it then i was............half the time i'd have to run into another room...

they were just Sooooo cute even when they were bad... :) hard to keep a poker face...

Yeah my oldest does love running around naked! I definitely have to agree with that, my husband is a lot better at kkeeping keeping a poker face than I am. There a times she will do something so funny but its bad and I have to collect myself without her see in me laugh before I can discipline her. Like when she pushes the dining chair to the kitchen counter and puts her fingers into cake. That was a tough one even my husband busted out laughing.

I wrote a post about my long relationship with my husband, Shawn, for our 11th anniversary last year. It's lengthier with a lot more detail so I'll just link to it here.

To sum it up:

My husband and I met in high school when we were fourteen. We were best friends throughout high school and started dating our senior year. We've been together ever since then.

We're 29 now and we've officially known each other over half of our lives. Our 12th anniversary is coming up this September. I feel very lucky to have him in my life. We helped shape each other growing up and I wouldn't be who I am today without him.

I meet my husband at the restaurant that my family owns. He applies for a job there and we started hanging out as friends and then soon realized it was more then that. We started dating that summer. we have been together for twelve years know and married for five years and we have three kids. Things are still great I truly found the one i was supposed to. Everyone thought it would never last as we began dating during my senior year in high school but we have stuck together. We have went through all the rough things money and what not and still made it through so it feels like it was destined. No great love story but great does not always work out in the end, sometimes I think it just needs to be the right time and place.

I met my boyfriend of 4+ years through a mutual friend--his best friend, that I was kindof seeing at the time. He posted something on FB about needing a running partner, and I shot him a message that I'd be interested in joining him if he still needed company out on the trails.

One day, we were about 2 miles from the car when we got hit with one of those middle-of-May thunderstorms. It was absolutely pouring, my glasses were ready to fall off of my face, and he just grabbed my hand and ran. It was just pure fun and excitement, and as soon as we got back to our car I just wanted him to kiss me then and there. and he didn't. until he told his best friend that he'd started getting feelings for me and got that out of the way. THEN I finally got that kiss I wanted--under the stars in his backyard, completely sucked the air out of my lungs and I knew then that he was mine.
