I always have several books waiting in the wings to be read! My next book to read is The Dark Witch by Nora Roberts. I'm just coming to the end of Lady of the English by Elizabeth Chadwick. I also have Daughters of the Grail by same author in the queue! I have many books on my Wish List at Amazon - too many to mention! :-)

My next book is Radiance of Tomorrow by Ishmael Beah which I'll be picking up on Friday and The Girl You Left Behind by Jojo Moyes is on hold, both recommended to me.

I've got three to order from Barnes and Noble for the new month-
"I'm the One That I Want"-Margaret Cho
I love her on TV and her book "I Have Chosen to Stay and Fight" has gotten me through some very dark days, I want to see her on stage sometime...somehow get a book autographed perhaps? :D

"A Man of His Own"-Susan Wilson
I just finished "The Dog Who Danced", her website says she has another dog themed book in the works yaaaaaayyy!

"The Hospital by the River"-Dr. Catherine Hamlin
Story of two doctors who set up a women's hospital in Ethiopia

Those are all great books!!! I am in the process of reading the "Anita Blake" series my Laurell K. Hamilton. I'm on "Danse Macabre". I'm also in the middle of "Concealed in Death" by J.D. Robb, that is number 37 in that series (not including any anthologies). I'll most likely follow with Kim Harrison's new one "The Undead Pool"

I've been hearing a lot of people talk about The Book Thief, so I think I'll be reading it next.

2 books I order from the library, of course, came in together. I've just read a few pages or Radiance of Tomorrow by Ishmael Beah and the other book is The Girl Yu Left Behind by JoJo Moyes which was highly recommended to me. Haven't started that one yet. I'lll have to get used to the writing in Radiance of Tomorrow as the descriptions are very different from what we're used to, e.g. " the wind hadn't exhaled yet" which means hot and no breeze.

I just know I'm going to like this book.

The way Oprah Winfrey spoke about The Colour Purple by Alice Walker in her Master Class, I was really taken by it and immediately ordered the book - thank God that I've never made time to sit down and watch the movie properly, I'd rather enjoy the book first then watch the movie afterwards, so looking forward to it.
