I like my potatoes, in every way. I'm not picky and I'm a fan of all of their variations. I feel like it's hard to get potatoes wrong, but even if somehow you did get it wrong, I believe it would still be delicious.

Lil Reads wrote: 07 Aug 2018, 10:56 I'm kind of particular about potatoes since restaurants tend to pile them on plates without adding enough flavor.

Crispy hash browns are my favorite, but well-seasoned curly, wedge, or waffle fries can be really tasty too.
Right? Why do restaurants do thaf? It's annoying

I generally like mine fried.

Oh well, there are lots of ways to make potatoes. I prefer having mine fried with some custard and milk.

Potatoes are incredibly versatile and can be prepared in countless delicious ways, making them a staple in many cuisines worldwide.

Classic preparations like baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and French fries showcase their simplicity and comfort. International dishes such as Spanish tortilla, Indian aloo gobi, and Canadian poutine highlight their global appeal.

Creative twists like potato pizza, crispy smashed potatoes, and hot dog scalloped potatoes offer unique takes on traditional recipes. This humble tuber can be transformed into sophisticated dishes like pommes Anna or enjoyed in homey favourites like shepherd's pie.

With endless possibilities, potatoes remain a beloved and indispensable ingredient in kitchens everywhere.

And My favourite potato recipe is baked potatoes.
