Do you listen music to sleep

Post by Sampaio »

I've been thinking about this because many experts say it's a treatment for insomnia, but I've also heard reports of people who don't sleep with any noise at all.
I particularly love sleep music

Once I get sleepy while listening to music, I just turn it off.

My music makes me want to dance so it's not the best to fall asleep to lol but I use a white noise machine because I can't sleep if it's quiet.

I use the BetterSleep app. It offers every imaginable sound to help you sleep, including sounds that are colors. My personal favorite is ocean waves and wind. You can control the volume of each sound to get the best balance when combining sounds.

Sometimes when I'm having trouble falling asleep, I will listen to music. Sometimes it helps me sleep, but other times it does not.

It depends. I have nights were i believe it is way to quiet so I turn on music. Sometimes I just want to lay in bed with my thoughts, while nothing distracts me. :hand:

I love using music to sleep, i tend to put it off later since it disrupts my sleep. I don’t sleep deep whenever a music is on in my room.

Although many people find listening to music to be a calming and helpful way to fall asleep, I personally think that listening to music has the opposite effect. When I try to sleep while listening to music, my mind becomes more stimulated and it is difficult to calm down. The tempo, melody, and volume of the music seemed to keep me alert and made it difficult for me to relax my body and mind.
