I honestly prefer to help people and prefer less conflict. It does not mean I can't handle it though. So I think owning my own business would fit better for me, but then again. When you start your own business, what will happen when you get sick for example? Make sure you have a backup plan!

I agree. I have friends who have followed both paths and would tell you that each has its own downfalls/negatives. That being said, they will also most likely be on the side of starting your own business! I, however, believe I would work better in an already stabilised and established environment.
