I've read some really long ones. Roots, by Alex Haley. The Bible, the whole gosh-dibbity thing. Stephen King's books are sometimes very long, yet I stay with them. I guess length is no issue for me. It's finding authors I want to follow that is difficult!

I think the longest books I've ever read are Far from the Madding Crowd by Thomas Hardy , which was a school set workbook, and Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien (my book had all three books in one.) I am not sure which of these was technically longer. Perhaps it was Lord of the Rings.

I've read both LOTR and Atlas Shrugged - nearly went blind with Atlas the print was that tiny. Never really remarked how many pages in any book, it's never been an issue for me either way.

Mine was either The Stand (extended version), The Ink Black Heart by Robert Galbraith, or The Witching Hour by Anne Rice. I’m not sure which of these is the longest but they were all super long.

The Lord of The Rings series was definitely one of the longest I have ever read. It was a very interesting story but a little slow paced.

Book Thief and Gone with the Wind. LOTR, Anna Karenina, and the GOT series are on my TBR list.

Harry potter and the Order of the Phoenix was definitely the longest book I ever read. I believe it was about 800 pages. It was a long time ago tho, and I decided not to read long books again :).

I am not a long read type of person but the longest book that I have read was 700 pages. The story gets old to me in time and I like to move on
