A Broken Mind

The deepest fears in me
talks to me at sleep
ganging upon me endlessly
from the darkest of corners
pinning me down , choking
every second Harder to breath

All the failures and loss
visit me at sleep
crowding my dreams ,denying hope
showing me over and over
how I amount to nothing
in an endless loop

My mind wandering in the hollows
twisting red and black
hoping to find a place
to vent my intense anger
A place, that could heal my soul
where I could find absolution

And wither away slowly
in that endless night.

To be able to preserve ourselves at all times we have to learn to keep a steady mental health and that's a stable mind. A control of the mind is a win for the self.
You have written well, nice dictons.

The life of man cannot be steady without peace of mind. For a life full of progress, we will have to keep striving towards keeping our mental health in a stable condition. This is really good and is completely relatable.
