This book is a good reminder that parents must take time away from their busy schedules to listen to their children and answer their questions. Thank you for your informative review.

Great review!
I think the most outstanding message of the story is the need to pay more attention to our children and to be more accessible, so we can, all things being equal, be able to know when they are bullied or burdened by something. The thing is, children respond to life's situations in various ways. Some may be open enough to express their concerns, while others may suffer in silence. It gets more risky when children attempt to seek solutions from their peers.
As someone who love children's books, and is very interested in writing my own, these values are very close to my heart and happen to fall along the lines of some ideas I’ve had.

I like the idea of a wise dog advising kids on problems kids might never tell the adults. At least the kid has someone trustworthy who can get to know their problems. Congratulations on the BOTD, and best wishes for future projects.

Children will respond to getting advice from a dog instead of the typical adult. Thanks for the thoughtful review and for giving some more detail to add to the brief sample from the book.

I gotta admit, raising a child has never been easy. But as Jim Trebbien unravels certain trends kids face, in the book "Wise Winston Walks", it seems very essential for present-day parents to stay tuned and sensitive towards our children's feelings. Great book.

This book teaches us alot of things and that we should always be able to speak to our children and always assure them that they are protected and they are special and they should always feel free to talk about their problems

Kids confide in dogs because dogs don't judge, unlike humans. The book is relatable to many kids because many of them do confide in dogs. Congrats on winning BotD!

This book is awesome for kids experiencing these same scenarios...I know if I at that age would have read this book it would have gave me a different outlook on life. I wish that I had someone to give this book to because it makes allot of sense... definitely 5 starts from me

This sounds like an enlightening Children's book that will help both parents and children. The story will especially help parents get tips on how they can help their children overcome challenges, like bullying, as they grow up. I will read the book. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

I love how children's stories like "Wise Winston Walks" byJim Trebbien convey important lessons. From the pages I sampled, I loved and was intrigued by how Winston advised Ava and Elijah. Parents should be more understanding and present for the sake of their children, as all have different ways of expressing their grievances or concerns. Congratulations on being BOTD!

I enjoyed your review of Wise Winston Walks. I think that the book helps children to know that they can express their feelings and tell their parents or guardian what might be bothering them.

Congrats on BOTD!
A charming and perceptive children's book, "Wise Winston's Walk," tackles the sometimes-ignored inner challenges of kids with compassion and wisdom. Winston's character highlights the value of accessible and caring people in a child's life, teaching important lessons about empathy, compassion, and the influence of constructive criticism.

Understanding your child and having trustworthy relationship will help to avoid further problems. The idea of a dog helping children with the problems they are afraid to tell or uneasy about is great. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!
