This book is good for parents so they can better understand their children, knowing what to look out for, and how best to get to know their children, so there can be an effective relationship even as it teaches children the skill of self-expression.

I really enjoyed reading your review of Wise Winston's Walk! It sounds like Winston is the perfect guide for helping kids through some of the tough situations they might face. The focus on paying attention to children's needs and teaching valuable lessons through a relatable character is so important. This book definitely seems like a must-read for young readers!

I think this is a very cool idea to have a character like Winston be the one to advise the kids. I think the children will be able to easily resonate with this style of book. I loved the illustrations in the sample provided by the author. Looking forward to reading this.

"Wise Winston Walks" by Jim Trebbien. An interesting children's story book, talks about need for parents and guidance to pay more attention to their children. Children expresses themselves more to an adult who is more attentive to them. Winston is someone who has impacted positivity in the lives of children. This book is highly recommended and a most read. Congrats on your #BOTD.

This sounds like a great premise for a children's book! Most children will be more receptive to Winston as the main character because he is a dog. He teaches great lessons every child will need to learn as they grow and it can sometimes be difficult for children to come to their parents for help. I'll be adding this book to my daughter's reading list.

A children's book that Jim Trebbien wrote. The story's most important lesson, in my opinion, is that we should be more approachable and attentive to our kids. The way Winston is portrayed also makes an impression on me. He stands for all that is admirable. His sage advice and optimistic outlook. Congrats on BOTD.

Wise Winston walks looks like a great book for children. With how the world is parents are pre-occupied with so many responsibility that they miss somethings in relation to their kids and I loved how the author makes parents aware of the need to keep extra attention and learn more about their kids

What a great review, Rishaunda! I sampled a couple of opening episodes, and I absolutely loved how you decrypted the book's key message about being more attentive and accessible for children - for me, a dog lover, Winston stole the whole scene! And, like you, I also appreciated the lovely illustrations and Winston's wise advice to Elijah about playing with friends and Avva about reading books.
