Re: EVER USE A BOOK AS A WEAPON?

A couple of times. Just the day before yesterday, I was reading “City of Lost Souls” hardcover but the guy beside me kept on asking me stupid questions while I was trying to concentrate. So, I kind of hit him in the head with the book… He said it hurt cuz of the hard cover… Well he deserves it!! NO BODE SHOULD DISTURB ANYBODY WHILE THEY’RE TRYING TO READ!!
My weekend is all booked!

I've done that too, when a newspaper or magazine wasn't handy ( they're more effective )....

not as a weapon , but Recently had to use a real thick book ( Larousse Gastronomique ) to change a ceiling light bulb ) my ladder broke...

I once hit my brother in the face with a book.....On purpose of course, he was disrupting my reading time and I just wasn't having it. I also use book quotes as weapons of mass destruction in arguments. The person who reads does have the greater advantage after all!

I have thrown my books at people when I was younger. Not proud of it but it did happen.

I have also used books to kill bugs. I try to use something else when I can, though, not to get dead bug on my books.
