When it comes to spicy food my go to drink is either server or taro bubble tea. I know the milk helps with settling the spicyness sometimes

I do not enjoy spicy food. When I do consume spicy food, I consume milk along with it. I opt for a lactose-free option.

Yogurt. Go for it. Plain yogurt calms down the heat in your mouth quicker than anything. And then it cools down the heat in your stomach as well.

I like to drink red wine. For me that goes well with anything as long as it is drank in moderation.
