Even though this is a Christmas themed book...it should be inspired as more. The concepts of the poems written, makes me think of how we should always consider others not just at Christmas, but everyday. Avid book readers with little ones, this book is a must at home. :) :)

I love how the christmas period emphasizes on the importance of sharing or giving and the joy that comes with it which is also evidenced in this book. Also, there is an emphasis on dreaming big and the importance of it despite others viewing it as senseless. Great read!

I like that the poems teach children important lessons and instill in them several values such as kindness. As a poetry fan, I think this is a great book!
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

“No Sense Christmas Poems for Children” by M.J. Cousins is a book filled with 25 poems that will entertain children and teach them values that they should follow throughout their lives. The illustrations after every title are a wonderful enhancement to each poem and there are 2 bonus poems at the end of the book. This book will provide enjoyable learning experiences for young and old. I look forward to reading this book to my three great grandsons and explaining to them the lessons included in each poem.

A book of poems to bring in the holiday season is great way to share the spirit of Christmas with children. Couple this with positivity to counter all the negativity in this world and that is definitely a book I would love to share with my daughter this Christmas season.

Definitely not my cup of tea, because not only is it a Children's Book that I have no use for since my kids are all grown up, but it is my most disliked genre to boot. It is a shame, really, because the illustrations look marvelous! Congrats with BOTD!
