The story touches on deep depths, in fact The Little Garage Girl's Puzzle is very strong. I miss a stronger dive into Rina's emotions, it could make a more moving narrative and open up more layers. Furthermore, the lack of dialogue leaves the narrative a little cold. Listen to her voice, her doubts, her anger or her sadness. it would make everything more real and human. But it's a story with a good starting point, but it needs to breathe more, let the characters speak and feel, so that the reader can feel along with them.

I really am concerned as to what Rina Mancuso did to deserve and receive such treatment from her own family. Congratulations The Little Garage Girl's Puzzle" by Katherine Memoli on BOTD.

An inspiring emotional read. The review has captured the narrative of the book beautifully. How does one maneuver from family mistreatment and heal while bravely confronting the issues. "The Little Garage Girl's Puzzle" by Katherine Memoli gives some insights through Rina's journey.

Sometimes, the people who we expect to take care of us end up doing the exact opposite. Even though Rina went through so much, she still wants to help others and be a good person, which is very commendable. Thanks for the review!

It's ok to think life isn't fair if you judge from Rina's standpoint haven gone through abuse and emotional trauma growing up with her own family. This book exposes Rina's life's story and all the interesting things she had to go through. I hope she finds joy at the end.

This sounds like an extremely heartbreaking book. Reading about child abuse is never an easy task, and this book seems to be about more than just child abuse. The review has reminded me of the book, “A Child Called It” which is heart wrenching but has a good ending. I love books where the victim has a happy ending, but I am never ready for the tears that come because of their beatdowns in the story.

What heartbreak Rina faced? I hope this unexpected path boded well for her.

Great review. Rina was abused because of her mother's affair and consequent rejection. It was not her fault that her mother had the affair, but her mother could only see her ex-lover whenever she looked at Rina. It's a sad story.

Today's BOTD is a mystery romance novel that follows Rina, an inspiring and admirable 26-year-old woman who was neglected and abused as a child. Readers who enjoy stories with well-developed characters and an engaging storyline that's sure to pull at your heartstings will want to download this one today! I don't normally prefer romance novels, but I loved your review, and I'm looking forward to starting it. Thank you so much! :-)

Definitely not my cup of tea, not only because I rarely select the romantic genre, but mostly because, from the description, it became obvious that Rina Mancuso had a crappy family life and I really don't want to read the details and consequences it left in her adulthood. Congrats with BOTD anyway!

Amazing read! I was thinking that I wouldn't enjoy the read due to the book cover but I didn't expect to get swept away so easily!
