I used to DEVOUR the Goosebumps books when I was little, an hour or an hour and a half each. I miss the voracious appetite and determination I had for devouring a series back then. (And the free time!)

When I was younger, I would blast through books in two days. Now that I have many other responsibilities, I spend about two months, sometimes, reading one book. If I had it my way, I would be able to read constantly, about all sorts of topics. Unfortunately, this just isn't the case, at this time.

Could be an hour depending on the book. My speed reading clocks in at around 2700 words a minute. Which is why my partner started referring to my reading as 'my habit'.

It seems I was able to spend more on books in a month than some junkies did sourcing a fix! :)

I read a good book in about 1-2 days. I have never really had the opportunity to continuously read, I am always interrupted or reading when I shouldn't be. I will have to take some time and see how long it takes me to read a book without be stopped.

Depends on the book, if it is one you cannot get your nose out of, a few hours, up to 5 for longer book, then I am done. Divergent sounds like a teenager read, am I right or wrong?

If it's a good read, I can finish it within one day. And that's in my spare time. If I spent the day reading, I could go through several books. :)

I recently read Papertowns by John Green starting in the evening (bad idea) and ending in the wee hours of the morning. Suffice to say I had a pretty bad book hangover the next day.
