Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

I’m using my IPhone 12 and I haven’t been able to get my free book. The site isn’t available and I hope that I have responded properly so that I can get some help obtaining the book I said I would read and report on. It’s frustrating. Please tell me what to do. I would like to do surgery, etc as I signed up to do.

Cannot open the book, error unable to find application to perform this action

I opted for epub in my android phone.
I haven't tried opening it before.
I logged in the online book app but it refused to let me login stating there is an error and to follow it on twitter. Well isnt there any other way? I cant keep jumping from one app to other.

4. I downloaded OBC reader app but i am not able to sign up, it says unknown connection error occurred

1. Tried EPUB first, then PDF, but sadly neither opened.

4. I downloaded the app and tried logging in using the correct credentials, it does not allow me to log in. As a result, I haven't been able to read a book which is essential before submitting a proper review.
