I can''t help but to read a book in less then a day. If its great and I'm just captivated by the story and its characters I'll read it over night. :)

I don't think it is particularly bad I mean that has happened to me often with some of my favorite books. Now I sadly don't have as much time as I did with work and all here in the real world but I definitely try to read as much as I can. Physically do it can be a bit exhausting to the eyes and brain having to capture all that in one sitting especially with no breaks but that's never stopped me lol :)

I'd say its good:) when I was in I think 6th or 7th grade, I read Twilight in one day, and read New Moon the next day haha. I've finished multiple books in a day.

I love reading so sometimes read them incredibly quickly, and the time flies so often I do read a book in a day. There is nothing bettwe than curling up for the afternoon with a good book with tea and chocolate :)

Its not a bad thing at all. I just read 22 books in just over a week so I was reading anywhere between 2 and 3 books a day depending on what else I had to do.

I think the only danger is if you are reading purely in order to get it finished and end up skipping significant chunks/ skim reading the whole thing and getting a superficial impression of the book, which does the author a disservice. But otherwise, an hour or three years, you shouldn't be ashamed of either.

I don't think that it's bad to read a book in one day, I often do it myself. However, I do try not to have it interfere too much with my other priorities. I love to read and try to find the time in my day, a couple of minutes here and there, and I manage to do everything that needs to be done as well as finishing my book. Reading is my passion and I can whip through a novel in a day if time permits. No, finishing a book in a day is not bad at all. Some may even regard that as an accomplishment.

The only bad thing about that is that the book ended! Many times I will read a book in a day, sometimes I end up rereading it because it went so fast.

Not bad at all!! Sometimes certain books are easier to read so time goes by much faster. Ive taken the last 2 days off of reading because i have a bad habit of flying through alot of books during the week when i find good deals.

The best books are always the ones that you can't put down until it's finished, even if nothing else gets done. Yah, I confess, I've read more than one book in one day when there was nothing major pressing to keep me from it.

It is completely fine, if you can do it, have the time and the focus, I don't see anything bad in it.

Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a young princess who read two, sometimes three books a day, and still did not neglect her royal duties; however, after marrying the prince, she discovered happily ever after included many children. So, now, as they are nearly grown, she is finding her way back to reading one book a day, at least once in a while. Yet, she always feels like she should be doing something else. Her true happily ever after will be when she no longer feels the guilt.

That's right, I have a muse. It is spelled MusE. My writing is influenced by the interactions of people I meet - us and ME.

I can fly through a good book in a day or two. But I usually go slow so I can savor it.

Reading of a book in how many days is not main criteria. Understanding is main important thing. Reading without understanding is meaning less. We must complete the reading of a book as per our understanding capabilities. This varies from person to person and available time to read the book per day. So days is not a mandatory issue.
