It does depend on what time of the day it is. If it's late afternoon, then not long at all before I've nodded off, even if it is a gripping read!! Lunchtime and evenings are better for me, then I can read for up to 2 - 3 hours in one sitting!

It really depends on the book honestly. Some of the best books I have ever read I have spent multiple days straight reading them only getting up for the bathroom and food. #obsessed

Depends on my schedule for the day. Some days I can read all day with small breaks every hour or so.

If I don't have anything to do I can just pick up a book and read all day. I don't need breaks, the story just kind of sucks me in and doesn't let me go until I've finished it :p

If I don't really have anything to do for the day, then I can actually spend all day reading. There have been a few times in my life that I have finished a book in one sitting. It's a rarity anymore. So I think nowadays I would probably spend around 6 hours a day reading.

Depends on how good the book is. I can read for hours. Then I get mad because I finished the book too fast

If I book sparks my interest and I have time, I would straight through until the end. I can go hours and hours. 10 hours. It's amazing how the next time you look up, it's hours later.

I could read a book for hours if it has my attention. I once spent an entire day reading because the Pen Dragon series had me hooked. If a book or part of a book is boring then I think that I could only handle 30 minutes, maybe an hour. It's hard to read through a boring part and feels like it takes forever.

I will read a book from start to finish in one sitting neglecting my life. I will read until my eyeballs need to be propped open with toothpicks if it is a great book. I think I am a reading addict.

When I received my copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, I could not put it down. I read the whole book in twelve hours straight through without stopping. Now that I am married with a fifteen month old baby, six dogs, and two cats, I just don't have the time to read more that 30 minutes at a time.

The longest siting I did was my Junior year in highschool. I can't remember how many of the books in the series I read but I do know I was reading the Vampire Academy series. The sitting lasted my 13 hours ! I only stopped to use the restroom and when I went to get a simple dinner (5 mins top. My dinner consisted of salad and fruit. Vegan )
