Today's favorite word is Rogue! But Lust, Kiwi, Hyena, and Nemophilist which means haunter of the wood are my all time favorite words :D

Today I really like the word cessation...

Hey, does anybody here know that the search for the most beautiful word in English has actually ended? Yup... Guess what it is? It's a combination of two... Cellar door. Cellar door... What do you guys think of that? I could tell you what I think, but reading YOUR opinions will be more fun for me. :wink:

Just saw the 7 Wacky Words in the Us, and so far, lollapalooza is on top of my list. It means an extraordinary thing, person, or event. :)

My word for today is officiate!! it came up during a conversation with my Auntie, whilst we were discussing when she wants to have a holiday because I shall be staying at her house to oversee her business and her dog!! made me giggle! :-D

just finished a book where the main character was always using new words, saying, "Here's me using ___________ in a sentence." it was very entertaining.

so i take my word today from vera dietz - parsimonious! (which means frugal)
