YUP! BUT THEN IT STINKS UP YOUR WHOLE KITCHEN!...i'll pass on that one...it's a major clean-up job, no food is worth it to me, especially one that tastes no better / different than any other sausage...

That works for me. My system of cooking is when its smoking its cooking. When its black, its done.

Velveeta serves a purpose, it's part of my " emergency " kit along w/water, tuna, canned salmon, etc......it's so loaded w/crap /preservatives sodium, that it needs no refrigeration... if " desperate " it might even taste good, after being deprived of cheese for a lengthy period of time
