I absolutely love mashed potatoes.

I have a weakness for pancakes too, though I (sadly) don't get to eat them very much.

Recently started making a home style mac&cheese with crab meat and veggies....it has easily become my new favorite. Then again, I don't discriminate mac&cheese, I love all types. Throw in some seafood though, and I'm sold forever.

My mother lived on soft crabs for a while. I use the Phillip's brand frozen crab cakes occasionally if I don't feel like buying crab meat--put them inside of a portobello mushroom cap/top with cheese (and bacon) and just bake. definitely dee-lish that way.
