What's the last thing you made?
Examples:
I just baked a cake
I just crocheted an afghan
I just made it to work on time
I just made word count!
Whatever
Me?
I just made caramel sauce

What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.

Alynn, you sound like me in the kitchen. When Im done cooking they have to call in the disaster clean-up squad.ALynnPowers wrote:I don't even know how in the world to make caramel sauce. I have made chili before though... with the directions on the package of chili powder... heh heh...

Last thing I made. Food wise, it would be potato soup. Anything else was a hot and cold water splitter for my washer. Not very exciting Im afraid.

Okay, so the last thing I made was a review for a book. That's something you make, right? Writing is creating is making? That's how my mind works, anyway.
Oh, and I also made my bed this morning. Whee!

That's not necessarily a good thing. It's an election year.

A friend brought me Scallops so I made " Coquille St. Jacques " ( the first French dish my husband taught me how to cook )
It sounds " fancy ", but it's not, the presentation just makes it seem that way because of the "Ramekins "...
I made a red rice Pilaf to go w/it...Seafood and rice still remains my fave type of dish...
Carpe Diem!
