Sometimes I really wish I liked bacon! It's in everything and it's so readily available everywhere, it would be great! But unfortunately, I do not. :(

Bacon Ice Cream - why would anyone combine those?
In Italy I had Ice Cream with Balsamic Vinegar - not something I would have considered combining but it was lovely so maybe the bacon is worth a shot :)

It is the combination of sweet and salty tastes, Fran. Much like sea salt on caramels. Plus bacon on anything is awesome!

Reminds me of Italy's " strawberries w/ balsamic vinegar " not bad, but i'll stick to my strawberries and WHIPPED CREAM !
