The movie The Jazz Singer wasnt the first talkie. They had been experimenting with them for several years and some were released in theaters. Actually, I dont think The Jazz Singer was a talkie. The only sound was where Al Jolson sang. You could call it a singie, but not a talkie.

Interesting. I heard sharks are the only animal that dosent get cancer. Couldnt say for sure if its true or not. I think I heard it on Discovery Channel's Shark Week.
