A potato chip maker!, LOVE, LOVE IT!...........keep it simple, and this does!..........a mandolin slicer, a bowl, a special contraption to hold chips, 4 minutes in the Micro, and VOILA!, paper thin , non-greasy, salt free, the best I've ever had, simply because I CONTROL the salt and oil...
