I do but I don't really discuss it with anybody other than my husband because there are some that don't like what I have to say about it. I don't feel very highly for who is in office now and the government is just horrible so I keep it to myself.

On a lighter note, election season is always quite funny for me here in Japan... because there is no "L" in Japanese, so sometimes the pronunciation of "election" makes me giggle uncontrollable.
ALynn you took the words right out of my mouth. I agree with you. There are so many people who have such strong opinions but haven't a clue of what they are talking about. I choose to only speak politics to those who actually know what's going on. Not just those who ramble and especially those that don't even vote.

Oh, do I loathe the sound byte society that we have become, especially in regards to politics. We need more reasoning people and less sheep when it comes to what the pundits and politicians say. Let's watch what they do too and just don't agree with them on everything before we run it through our own convictions!

Exactly. The only thing worse( to me) than regurgitated sound bytes is a non-voter...or an uninformed voter.
