How do you get to sleep?

Post by Lozalot4890 »

I swear I suffer with insomnia. I really struggle getting to sleep, it is like I can't turn my mind off, it's perminantly on the go.

What sort of things do you do to help you drift off to sleep?

I'm a boob man myself. I'm also OCD. Which means I arrange them alphabetically. You don't know any of them,
but they are all dumb as bricks. If I get to Uncle Woody(RIP) without falling asleep, chances are I'm in for a long
night. I'm usually out by Aunt Fran

I've been into using a meditation/hypnosis app on my phone lately to fall asleep and it actually works.
You should look up apps from Glenn Harrold, he works wonders. He also has ones for things like self-confidence, happiness, etc.
I usually suffer from Insomnia as well and can't get my brain to just shut up. I find the apps help most of the time.

Typically, I just lay down and try to let my mind wander. Some nights it takes longer than others, though!

I just go to bed. Super tired all the time. Sleep is my favorite time of day.
