Any of the "news" shows that are nothing more than sensationalist titillation and exploitation. I'm talking about Dateline, 20/20, 48 Hours, and yes, even 60 Minutes (and any others like them). The "reporters" are all cookie-cutter versions of each other - they're all so phony and affected, from silly, overdone voice inflection right down to every practiced, phony movement of their perfectly coiffed head - and it takes them an hour to tell you a story that could be told in ten minutes. Ugh.

That's WHY I watch FOX..............Dateline, 48 hours, and 60 minutes, are 3 of my fave shows!.....I find the " content " interesting, but the" supposed " journalists", a JOKE!................so, I just enjoy the shows and cancel them out...( I rarely watch " network " anymore but make an exception for the above shows ) which I've enjoyed for over 20 yrs..........

For me, PBS and Csble is where it's at...

A reporter is much more than someone smacking on a trench coat w/epaulets !...( are ya listening Diane Sawyer and Dan Blather ? )

I can't stomach the reporters and the reporting style. And I find the content of those shows mildly interesting, at best. Usually they are (IMO) overly sensationalized non-stories presented as something "newsworthy." Often they really do just try to make something out of nothing.

I enjoy PBS, but I refuse to pay for cable or satellite. When I visit friends or stay at a hotel and go through 100+ channels with literally NOTHING I want to watch...why would I pay for that? I get 20-25 broadcast channels with a good ole' antenna - including three different PBS stations - and that's good enough for me.
