Hello everyone!

I'm new to the forum and figured I should let you know that I'll be lurking around.

My name is Heather and I'm a wife, mother to two boys (6 and 3) and full time student pursuing my Bachelor of Education. Some day I'll be a high school English teacher.

I am a book addict, usually going through one or two a week, and occasionally reading more than one at at time. My most favorite genre is anything historical, but I also love fantasy, urban fantasy, sci-fi and the occasional juicy romance. Truth be told, I'll read anything.

I am also a writer, though so far unpublished. I share tidbits of my novel, as well book reviews on my blog (hence the user name). I'm not sure about the rules here regarding that, but if you want to have a look and it's not in my profile, send me a message. I'm also on twitter, with the same username, if you want to follow me.
