yup!, makes great cole slaw too, " more tangy " than mayo, and never makes me " nauseous " the way globs of heavy / greasy mayo does...

Mayo is my preferred dressing in an egg salad, etc but the way I make it the mayo " complements " it, rather than DROWNING it...

I never could tell much difference between mayo and dressing. Ive never seen salad dressing around here, everyone uses mayo. They have a jalipino and lime flavored one I like. I use it when I make tortas, put a little on the bun, fry it for a minute or two and put in the torta stuff. Usually fried chopped beef or chicken and onions and spices.

Miracle Whip salad dressing is just a lighter version of mayo w/a sweeter /citrus flavor, more tangy, thanks to vinegar, and /or lemon...

Have you ever tried the mayos made with olive oil or canola oil? Hellmann's makes them. They are much less greasy and still very tasty.

I like the canola oil one the best! I am so glad I found it a couple of years ago.

I use the Hellman's light but only in chicken or egg salads and sparingly.

With all their touting of themselves as a healthy alternative to the other fast food joints, I think Subway is nasty. Sub-par ingredients and flavor. I stay away.

I found some Subways are pretty good and some I wouldnt feed to my dog. Best one I ever ate at was in Santaquin, Utah, a town of about 1000 people. It seems the ones in small towns are the best.

Talking about Subway, I used to always get pineapple on every roll I got. Why did they stop keeping pineapple.?????? I asked the staff but they didn't know why. :(

They had pineapple!??! Whoa! I would just get loads of olives on a pizza sub. I don't think they even have pizza subs anymore. I wouldn't know. Haven't been to one in ages.
