Happy New year y'all!

Yes B.H., " Paella " is so costly and labor -intensive that it usually involves a crowd.......

I make a " Quickie " one for me alone when I have leftover, chicken, seafood, etc...some Saffron-ricer, veggies, and HECHO!

Today I am going out to lunch with friends to have some fun. We may even go bowling. Later, I am taking my husband out for his birthday.

Catching up on some cleaning and reading! Need to get all my leisure reading done now... before all my free time is gobbled up. And working out some issues with my school registration where one class is being weird and not showing up on my schedule even though I registered! grrrr. More phone calls today it seems. haha.

Ran a few errands and finally sitting down for lunch! Its 1:30 here and I usually eat lunch at 12 on the dot. Im a stickler for eating my meals at the same time everyday.

Last night the hubby and I took the kids to see The Boxtrolls. It was very cute!

Thanks, Gali. That's very kind of you. We had a really nice, enjoyable day. He was very surprised today when I treated him to a day at the spa. He really loved the full body massage! His reply was: "Who Knew?" Surprises can be a good thing indeed. :happy-smileyinthebox: Hehe, and he's the type who would never dream of doing such a thing! :o

Another Happy Birthday to your husband Tammy!

Love your new Avater, especially the GLASSES!..........is that Jackie O, Jennifer Lopez, or you ?...

I've never liked those WIMPY small sunglasses even though they're in style, but the big ones are coming back ( for me, they were never " out of style " ).............I prefer them HUGE... 8)

A wall of rain today, so i'll be cooking, reading, and catching up on my movies...

Continue to unpack. I am living amidst boxes and felt myself getting a little testy yesterday.
