Tortillas are a major food item here, every store has fresh made tortillas from different plants and equipment to make them, even stone mortar and pestles to grind your own corn. But there are several good bakeries here, most dont use preservatives and they have a good selection of breads and buns, cookies cakes stuff like that.

Pan Bimbo is still here. Bimbo is the largest baking company in the world, they have bakeries all over the world. They bought out Hostess not too long ago. Their white bread is like eating wallpaper paste. Their multi-grain bread isnt too bad, its edible.

"Pan Bimbo" made me chuckle a little. A mini-chuckle, or "chuckle-ita," if you will. :)

I took a picture of one of their delivery trucks with the Bimbo sign on the side and sent it to a friend and put the caption they are bringing them in by the truckload now.
