I am sorry about the unexpected downtime. The hardware technicians upgraded the hardware node and for some reason that lead to some other unexpected issues. We seem to have everything working fine now. My apologies!

Actually, part of the problem was that I was asleep for half of it.

The techs impress me with their knowledge and ability to fix issues. But they also can be like when you hire a painter to do your walls and they do a great job on the walls but track dirt stains all over your floors and break your lamp. That is an ironic analogy for me to choose because I have never hired a painter and cannot paint the walls in my apartment, but I like it.
