The witch scared me to death. When I was a kid, we'd watch it on TV, but whenever the witch came on I'd run out of the room and tell my brother & sister to tell me when she was gone. And I cried when the girl blew up like a blueberry in Willie Wonka.

The witch din't skeer me. I found it difficult to fear someone who would melt if I pee'd on her.

That she was. My first fantasy lady. As I got older I had a few nasty fantasy ladies, Lana Turner, Ava Gardner, Deborah Kerr etc. But with Dorothy I behaved myself.
