Technically, this forum is only for the kind of threads you're asking about and all queries are meant to be posted in the "Support, Feedback and Announcements" section. However, in regards to your question, you can create a thread discussing any number of books if they are part of a series but it can only be one series. For example, you could create a topic about the Harry Potter series or one just relating to 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'. You wouldn't, however, be able to post a thread about the Harry Potter series AND another relating to J.K. Rowling. Similarly, if you wanted to post a thread about only two of the Harry Potter books, I think you would need to create a thread for the entire series

There is also the "General Book & Reading Discussion" and other forum for discussion about authors and the forum for discussion about ebooks. In these sections you can discuss broader topics than just a specific book or series.
