It's made from Sesame Seed and sugar, sorta like Hummus if it " solidified " very popular in the middle eastern countries...

I looked it up. Hell, I didnt know what it was. I thought it was some kind of fish candy or something. Im not up on all these foreign foods. I know meat and potatoes and not even that very well. :doh:
