Post by suzy1124 »

I've always gone for the SALT...

Pretzels , popcorn , and chips, win out over candy, cake and cookies! :)

I tend to vary - salty cravings for cheesy nibbles, sweet ones for choc chip cookies!

Ever since having kids, I need both to balance myself out. I head for chips and crackers for saltiness then need to make up for it by eating something chocolatey. I'm weird.

I love sweet apples with peanut butter. Gives me my sweet/salty fix and is a fairly healthy snack so no guilt.
